For these six mornings we'll practice with the elements around and within us. We'll be in a perfect environment to tune in and re-connect to the wisdom of nature. Our practices will be playful and I'll offer many variations of poses so you can get just the right amount of challenge that day. You'll leave stronger, more integrated and feeling more connected. 🌲💚🌳
Self-Sliding scale - so more can access this practice!
Suggested rate for drop in will be between $10-$30.
Suggested rate for all 7 classes (if you like to pay all at once) is $70 - $200.

Women's Retreat: Release
*Yoga*Herbs*Nature*

What are you ready to let go of? An old habit or old belief? Maybe you are ready to release something that isn't yours at all... energy or patterns you picked up along the way? Or maybe you'd like to learn a few tools to keep more centered when your outer environment is chaotic, overstimulating or unpredictable.
In this joyful day retreat we'll tap into the profound support we have around us to clear and release what is no longer needed. We'll use our breath, our body, herbal plant allies and the elements to help us learn how to tune into and care for the most subtle aspect of our bodies: our energy body. And, of course, we'll hold this work within the circle of our community and within the incredibly special space of The Trees Retreat center.
We will practice yoga in the morning. Our afternoon will be led by Clinical Herbalist and Polarity Therapist Lea Clayton. One highlight will be learning about and experiencing an herbal "bath" for release. This is done fully clothed and was a highlight of our retreat last summer.
$75 - $250 self sliding scale. Pay what you can. If you can pay more, you help cover the cost for a community member in need! If you need to pay less this time around, we've got you.
Private Classes
Private classes are for one person or a group. The class is tailored to your level and needs and held when and where you like!
Private classes are ideal for you if:
